TheCrossrayeXtremeis all black, all-weather construction with a high-clearance hood that fits whole chickens, rolled joints and large roasts without compromise. At 613mm wide and 2772cm² of cooking area, this is a serious outdoor grill in a portable footprint.

Heat

Carbon-fibre infrared elements for the Crossray eXtreme

Infrared heat penetrates food directly rather than heating the air around it. The result is faster cooking, better moisture retention and a proper sear without the flare-ups you get from gas or charcoal. Temperature runs from 140°C for low andslowup to 300°C+ for high-heat grilling, on demand.
