DE Shipping and Delivery

This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Carrier and costs

We ship within Germany with DHL. There are currently no shipping costs for you: delivery is completely free. We deliver to addresses in Germany only.

Processing and dispatch times (2pm and working-day rule)

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday only. There is no processing or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

The process is as follows:

• Orders Mon to Fri by 2pm: processed and prepared for dispatch the same day.
• Orders Mon to Fri after 2pm: processed and dispatched the next working day.
• Orders at the weekend (Sat and Sun) or on a public holiday: collected and processed and dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time and help with delivery problems

If your order is received in time (working days before 2pm), delivery takes 1 to a maximum of 2 working days (Monday to Friday) with DHL.

Note on when the period starts: the delivery period starts on the day after the contract is concluded (when you complete your order).

Please use the tracking link provided as your first port of call to follow the status of your parcel. If the tracking status has not changed for more than 3 working days, or there are unexpected delivery problems, please contact us using our contact form.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery is to the delivery address you gave (optionally also to DHL Packstations, post offices or parcel shops). Please make sure you enter your address correctly. As soon as your parcel has been handed to DHL, you will receive a dispatch confirmation including a DHL tracking link.
