We show reviews from our customers on our website. Here you can find out where the reviews come from and how we handle them.
Product reviews (Bazaarvoice)
- After a purchase, we invite you by email to review the product you bought. These reviews are marked as a verified purchase.
- Reviews can also be submitted without an invitation. For these reviews, we do not check whether the person has bought or used the product. They are not marked as a verified purchase.
- We show reviews from all countries where the product is sold, including reviews in English.
Shop reviews (Trustpilot)
- After a purchase, we invite you to review our shop on Trustpilot. These reviews are marked as verified.
- Anyone can leave a review on Trustpilot. Reviews that were not invited are not checked against a purchase.
How we handle reviews
We publish positive and negative reviews alike. Reviews are only removed if they breach the relevant provider's guidelines, for example offensive content or third parties' personal data. We do not pay for reviews and offer nothing in return for positive reviews.
