This statement applies to the online shop shopdimplex.de of Glen Dimplex Benelux B.V. It is based on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).
Our service
On shopdimplex.de, consumers in Germany can buy Dimplex-brand products, in particular heaters, electric fires and fans. You can search and compare products, read product information and reviews, add products to the basket, order and pay, and create a customer account.
How the shop works
- Navigation: you can reach all product categories via the main menu and search.
- Product pages: price, delivery time, technical data and reviews are on each product page.
- Ordering: from the basket you go to the checkout. The checkout is provided by our shop system, Shopify.
- Customer account: you can see your orders in your customer account.
Compliance status
We design the shop with the aim of meeting the WCAG 2.1 requirements at level AA. A full accessibility review is planned. Until then, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. This applies in particular to embedded third-party content such as reviews, the product advisor and the Instagram feed.
