At what height should a wall-mounted fire be installed?

To maximize visual impact and heat distribution, we typically recommend mounting the unit at eye level when seated, which is generally 20 to 30 inches from the floor.

Does the unit come with a mounting kit?

Yes, Dimplex wall-mounted fires include the necessary brackets and hardware required for a standard wall installation to ensure the unit is secured safely.

What maintenance is required for the flame effect?

Our electric fires require very little maintenance. Unlike wood-burning or gas alternatives, there is no ash to clear and no requirement for annual gas safety inspections for the appliance.
